| Description |
Some trees outside the w:Jamison Centre in m:Macquarie, Australian Capital Territory. The building with the funny roof is the old Mandarin Club, which never opened. It's being converted into a bookshop or something. The blue sign on the driveway advertises booze specials. The big "Tooheys New" sign is because this was taken from the hotel next door to the Jamison Cente. I took the photo because the trees swaying in the wind, etc. looked beautiful and dramatic in the light available at the time. That's not obvious from the photo, though. Bugger, eh? |
