A Tourane, la «mission de liaison pour les problèmes franco - vietnamiens» utilise un cachet double cercle «VIETNAM DAN CHU CONG HOA / DA-NANG // LIEN KIEM / QUAN-SU / VIET-PHAP» qui permet l'acheminement par les postes de la VNDCCH du courrier arrivé par les postes de l'Indochine française. Par contre, il ne semble pas que le courrier issu de la VNDCCH ait été acheminé par les Postes de l'Indochine de manière régulière.
