- Die abgebildeten Häuser entstanden um 1910. Es sind drei ähnlich gestaltete Wohnhäuser mit seitlichem Risalit. Ein Nachbarhaus in gleicher Bauform (Nr. 39) wurde 2018 abgebrochen. Die Bauten sind verputzt und weisen zur Straßenseite hin Fachwerkdekor auf. Sie wurden vom Bauunternehmer Johann Lienau erstellt, der vor dem Ersten Weltkrieg in Tornesch zahlreiche Wohnbauten errichtete.

- Die Bebauung der heutigen Friedrichstraße erfolgte an der Bahnseite ab 1889, an der anderen Straßenseite ab 1900. Damals hieß die unbefestigte Straße noch Moorweg. Es wurde Wohnraum geschaffen für die Mitarbeiter der Eisenbahn sowie der ersten Industriebetriebe. Der Ausbau des Moorwegs bis zur Norderstraße und dessen Umbenennung zur Friedrichstraße erfolgte 1912. Die Straße entwickelte sich bald zur Einkaufs- und Dienstleistungsstraße.

- The illustrated houses were built around 1910. They are three similarly designed houses with a lateral risalit. A neighboring house of the same design (No. 39) was demolished in 2018. The buildings are plastered and have timbered decoration on the street side. They were created by the contractor Johann Lienau, who built numerous residential buildings in Tornesch before the First World War.

- The house building in today's Friedrichstraße began on the railway side from 1889, on the other side of the street from 1900. At that time the unpaved road was called Moorweg. Housing was created for the employees of the railway and the first industrial companies. The consolidation of the Moorweg up to Norderstraße and its renaming to Friedrichstrasse took place in 1912. The street soon developed into a shopping and service street.
