| Description |
English: Top of Knockshanoch. The hilltop area shown here is that above the north-western slope (1019828), which is the steepest side; when approached from the southeast, for example, Knockshanoch has only a very gentle gradient, making it seem merely a continuation of the moorland.
The photograph was taken looking WNW. Nobleston wood can be seen in the background, with Pappert Hill visible in a clearing. |
