Object history Questo fu lo stemma araldico della famiglia rinascimentale ternana dei Tommasoni; fedelmente realizzato sulle descrizioni che ne fece lo storico, artista e archeologo ottocentesco ternano Luigi Lanzi nelle sue ricerche documentarie. Lucantonio, a differenza del fratello Alessandro, aveva il cavallo anziché il bue (Luigi Lanzi, Araldica di Terni).
