Français : WEST (acronyme de l'anglais Tungstène (W) Environment in Steady-state Tokamak) est le tokamak situé à Cadarache, France. Il a produit son premier plasma en décembre 2016, et permet de tester de nombreux équipements qui seront utilisés dans son successeur : ITER.
English: WEST (acronym for Tungsten (W) Environment in Steady-state Tokamak) is the tokamak located in Cadarache, France. It produced its first plasma in December 2016, and is used to test a wide range of equipment that will be used in its successor: ITER.
