English: Tidal karst A modified karst is formed in limestone outcrop subject to seawater immersion since it is saturated with calcium carbonate. Instead, local effects due to rainfall accumulation predominate. The beds here form a dip slope down to the sea,
where at this low tide the kelps can just be seen. |
