Description
English: The xecursion boat Wyre Lady in Thorne Lock. William Denny & Brothers built her at Dumbarton in 1938 as Ashton for service on the Clyde, acting as a tender to the two Cunard Queens when they were on trials. She acquired her present name while based at Fleetwood,and now offers excursions from her base near Doncaster.
