Whitfield. In Mission San Jose, California, January 19, 1938, Teresa, Whitfield, beloved wife of the late Isaac Whitfield, loving; mother of William T., Peter R. and Matthew J. Whitfield, Mrs. James Meagher, Mrs. John Cooney, Mrs. William Lane, Mrs. W. Thorpe and the late Isaac Whitfield Jr.; sister of Mrs. E. W. Steinmetz. and the late James and John Nolan; a native of Mission San Jose, aged 74 years. Friends and relatives are invited to attend the funeral, Saturday, January 22, at 9 o'clock a.m., from her late residence, Mission San Jose; thence to St. Joseph's Church, Mission San Jose, where a requiem high mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul, commencing at 9:30 o'clock a.m. Interment Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, Hayward. Berge Mortuary Service, Irvington, California.
