Just a word about this quaint hotel, which isbuilt entirely of logs, and of its kind the largestin the world. Billy, it is a massive and impos-ing piece of wood-craft, beautiful and harmon-ious in all of its details; electric lighted andheated with steam, while many of its rooms arefitted with both hot and cold water and privatebaths. The surrounding forests supplied thelogs for its walls, while the interior decorationswere artistically made from twisted and gnarledlimbs and tree stumps. Old Faithful Inn isabout nine miles from the Fountain Hotel, oc-cupying a commanding view on high ground
