The plans of the syndicate which intends to supplyAllegheny with extensive street car facilities have meta possible check in the attitude of the Pittsburg,Allegheny & Manchester Traction Company, whichalready operates a considerable mileage in a part of theterritory proposed to be covered by the new lines.
