The grades are allbelow Ii per cent, with the exception of the viaduct approacheswhere the grade is 4^ per cent. Both concrete and timber culvertsand water passes are now in use but the former will be made stand-ard. Seventy-pound. A. S. C. F.-section. 30-ft. rails are used.
