For God and Comitry weassociate ourselves together for the fol-lowing purposes: To uphold and defend the constitutionof the United States of America, to main-tain law and order; to foster and perpetu-ate a 100 per cent Americanism; to pre-serve the memories and incidents of ourassociation in the great war; to inculcatea sense of individual obligation to the com-munity, state and nation; to combat theautocracy of both the classes and themasses; to make right the master ofmight; to promote peace and good will onearth; to safeguard and transmit to pos-terity the principles of justice, freedomand democracy; to consecrate and sanctifyour comradeship by our devotion to mu-tual helpfulness.
