n 1468, (7 Edw. IV.) Sir Thomas Cooke, notwith-standing acquittal by sondry enquestes, says Fa-bian, (p. 497) was robbed of his property in a similarmanner. Her vagrancy and destitution. In the 11th Edw. IV. (1472,) The erle of Oxenford, which sin theseason of Barnet field had holden saint Mighelsmount was by an appoinetmente taken thens, andshortly after sent unto the Castell of Guines; wherehe remained prisoner, untill the last yere of Richardthe third, whiche was uppon twelve yeres.
