Abstract: Print shows a large ship attached to a larger hot air balloon; on the top is the Gallic cock holding a staff topped with a Phryigan cap and a banner labeled "Liberty"; circumnavigating the globe of the balloon are walkways and at the mid-level a large platform on which are tents, soldiers, and a large guillotine; there is another platform on the left which serves as a "Gallery for mounting Guard"; includes decorative wings on the right and left, valves for venting gases, two sails labeled "Slavery", and a "Light House"; on the ship, which is suspended below, are residences, the helm, a separate building below the bow identified as "The Water Closet", and hanging off the bottom is the "Grand Magazine of Combustibles"; the aircraft hovers above the ocean and mountains.
