Summary[edit]

Description
English: The derelict Duke of Lancaster Built by Harland and Wolfe of Belfast, the TSS Duke of Lancaster plied between Heysham and Belfast from 1956 to 1979. Sold in that year, it was beached at Llannerch-y-mor to serve as a "fun-ship". It was later used for storage by a Liverpool firm but is now a derelict It is a well-known landmark lovingly looked for by regular travellers on the North Wales railway line.
