Diane Roman Inamahoro, President of the Romania-Burundi Partnership Group, speaking at Africa Day

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: @dianeromaninamahoro

I've met Diane at the Africa Day. It was such an inspiring event with so many positive vibes! She is the President of the Romania-Burundi Partnership Group which she founded along with her sister in 2014. The group was meant to unite African communities and to keep them informed about the new life in a new city, about college, jobs, it was meant to share a common ground. Art, exhibitons, parties, debates, actions, information all are part of this initiative.

And I just felt all of these. Africa Day was not just an event. I have felt the values that Diane and her group believe in. I have felt solidarity, tolerance, humor, creativity, integration.

She is a changemaker with the values she believes in, a cultural leader and a role model for her community and for all of us.
