Picture of Judge Kenneth Mackintosh, Superior Court of King County. He later served on the Washington State Supreme Court March 30, 1918 - April 16, 1928, serving as Chief Justice January 10, 1927 - April 16, 1928. He then made an unsuccessful run for the U.S. Senate as a Republican.
