The car is of thecombination passenger and smoking type, the length of thecompartment for smokers being 18 ft. i in. The seats areall transverse, even to the seats next to the bulkheads, fol-lowing steam practice. The inside finish is of mahoganyand the ceilings of 5-ply poplar veneer.
