Another line in course of con-struction is the Tramways Elec-tricos del Sud, which is destinedto run from the Plaza de Mayo,in the center of the city, to Bar-racas, Lanus, Banfield, Lomas,Temperly and Adrogue, thelast named being about 12 to14 miles south of Buenos-Aires.All of these points are on themain line of the Great SouthernRailway, except Adrogue, whichis about V/i miles from Tem-perly.
