Second, that the company should pay to the city and in addition six holidays during the year. Employeesof the company remaining in the service twenty-five yearsare entitled to a pension in case at the end of that time theyare unfit for further work. The pension amounts to two-thirds of the yearly wage of the person. In case of illnesscontracted outside of and not due to the service, full wagesare continued for six weeks and half wages for the six weeksfollowing, after which no duty rests upon the company; butthe period of such illness is reckoned as a part of the servicefor the purpose of the pension.
