COMBINED TOWER AND CONSTRUCTION CAR FOR THE I.OGANVALLEY RAILWAY is intended for construction material. The motormans com-partments at each end are entered from small triangular plat-forms at diagonal opposite corners of the car. The dimensions are as follows: Length over the endpanels, 20 ft. 10 ins.; length over the vestibules, 28 ft. 6 ins.;width over the sills, including the sheathing, 8 ft. 1I/2 ins.;height from the floor to the ceiling, 7 ft. 4)i ins., and heightfrom the under side of the sills over the trolley boards, 8 ft.6^ ins. The side sills are 4 ins. x 12 ins., and the cross mem-bers 4 ins.
