INTERIOR OF BOILER ROOM a butterfly valve, thus shutting down the engine. Both of theengines are of the 1200-hp capacity, and have been made espe-cially heavy. For instance, the fly-wheel weighs about 160,000lbs., which is about 60 per cent heavier than the fly-wheelusually furnished for this size of engine.
