et there are to be four tracks, two for expressand two for local trains. At 104th .Street the routes branchinto two two-track routes, one of which continues straightup to Ft. George, and the other runs northeast to BronxPark. There are, however, three tracks on the Ft. Georgeline from 104th Street to 145th Street, and from 137thStreet to 145th Street there will be eight tracks, five ofwhich are for storage. Between the City Hall and 104thStreet there are twenty-two stations, five of which areexpress stations. It is expected that the express trainsmaking the five stops will make this run in seventeenminutes. This distance is over 6f miles. On the twobranches all stations will be local except that there will bean express station at 157th Street.
