One ofthese motor cars is used at each end of the train, the compartmentend of the motor car being always either the leading or trailingend of train. Each of these motor cars,without passenger load, weighs about 60,000 lbs., the weight of themotor end being 41,000 lbs., and the other end 19,000 lbs.
