RUSTIC BENCH—HIGHLAND PARK the park was bought by the New Castle Traction Com-pany, however, a great deal of time and attention has beengiven it, and it is now one of the most attractive and well very well these features. The grounds in front of the sta-tion are now being improved and a sunken garden willbe laid out, which will be ..n interesting feature, as it willbe one of the first things to attract the attention of vis-itors approaching the station from the city. After leav-ing the car and passing through the station into the park,the visitors attention is immediately drawn to a large,clear spring, which is built up with natural stone, the waterrunning over all the time. Directly in front of the springa large flower-bed has been arranged with choice nativeferns and flowers.
