VIEW IN HAMBURG. with poles. In cases where the owners of the hou.ses re-fuse rosettes, of course, a pole has to be placed. Thereare about 4000 rosettes already installed. They are pro-vided with rubber buffers so that the vibration of the wiresis not communicated to the hou.se to any great extent.
