The cars are fitted with bas-ket racks at convenient locations along the basket board, the ceilingis birdseye maple veneer handsomely decorated. The inside finishof the car is cherry. The cars are heated with hot water circulatingpipes from a Baker heater, which is on the front platform inside thevestibule. One of the features is the trap door over the step insideon each platform. When the vestibule doors are closed the trapdoors can be let down, forming a solid and safe floor over the entirevestibule in a similar manner to the most improved vestibules in useon steam railroad cars. motor car, except that the side windows are inone large light, the cars having open platformswith folding gates at each side instead of thevestibule. The seats are slatted, of the WheelerWalkover pattern and with spindle backs. Theinside finish is ash and cherry with birdse
