(incorp. 1S79). by the purchase, in 1892, of itsentire capital stock. The company also owns the entire capitalstock of the Crosstown Street Ry. Co. (which see). Capital Stock.—Common stock, authorized and issued, $3,000,-000; par value $100 per share. Funded Debt.—First consolidated mortgage gold coupon bondsauthorized, $3,000,000; issued (Apr. 1894), $1,999,000; in escrow (seeNote) $800,000; in treasury $201,000; dated July I, 1892, due 1932;denom. $1,000; int. 5 p. c, payable Jan. and July, at office of thecompany and of E. W. Clark & Co., of Philadelphia; trustee ofmortgage, Knickerbocker Trust Co., of New York. Note.—$800,000 of the consolidated mortgage bonds are reservedin the hands of trustees to retire at maturity an equal amount of theColumbus Consolidated St. R. R.
