Description
English: This bridge, which was built recently to reduce the risks of beach erosion, is located in the archaeological area called "Qaitbay Castle", where the state protects the area from the risk of drowning due to the annual rise in sea levels, which threatens the safety of the archaeological area, which was once the place of the Lighthouse of Alexandria, which is one of the wonders of the world. The old, and now the ancient castle of Qaitbay, and the area is surrounded by many sunken antiquities below the concrete barrier, which is dangerous for the antiquities there, but in order to protect what already exists, the state's efforts have been directed towards building this bridge recently to reduce the volume of beach erosion
مصرى: يعد هذا الجسر الذي بني حديثا للتقليل من مخاطر تآكل الشاطئ بالمنطقة الآثرية المسماة ب " قلعة قيتباي " حيث تقوم الدولة بحماية المنطقة من خطر الغرق على إثر إرتفاع منسوب مياة البحر سنويًا وهو أمر يهدد سلامة المنطقة الآثرية التي كانت قديماً مكان منارة الإسكندرية وهي إحدى عجائب العالم القديم ، وأصبحت الآن قلعة قايتباي الآثرية ويحيط بالمنطقة العديد من الآثار الغارقة اسفل الحاجز الخرساني ، وهو أمر يشكل خطورة على الآثار هناك ولكن لكي نحمي ماهو قائم بالفعل اتجهت جهود الدولة في بناء هذا الجسر حديثًا لتقليل حجم نحر الشواطئ
