| Description |
English: The Lamb and the First Seal 2022 Davin Arries b 1999 Oil on canvas, depicts the events of Revelation Chapter 6 Verse 2. The work is done with a precise and indubitable oil to canvas technique, depicting clearly what the scripture describes. As is notable with Davin Arries he inscribes his signature in the bottom left. The piece serves as a continuation and builds upon "The Throne in Heaven 2021" piece with the twelves elders still visible, bowing down as described in the book of Revelation before God. God is more visibly apparent in this piece, appearing as described in Scripture, as having the appearance of Jasper and Ruby. As detailed in Revelation chapter 4 verse 1- 11.The work of art above depicts the events of the following Scripture: Revelation 6:2 (NIV)
