Description
English: "A pale blue dimity with ruffles is set off with a garland of forget-me-nots, consisting of loops of ribbon and tiny clusters of velvet blossoms heading the top ruffle on the skirt. A knot of the flowers and ribbon ornaments each shoulder and appears at the elbow. A touch of pink in the flowers is attractive. A fold of pink chiffon about the low cut bodice gives a dainty touch."
