| Description |
English: A symbol of Universal Love, BLU is a flag without borders, representing peace and freedom for all. A flag that includes Earth in its representation.
Blu was created in 2001 by Joan M. Manos, a resident of New Jersey. The idea of the BLU Flag was conceived during a vision in 1988. The Earth is depicted as a charge in the center of a blue sky with the Sun and Moon. The sky represents the Earth as part of the cosmos. The four planets represent humanity in a balanced state of harmony; see collective consciousness. The stars acknowledge all of our ancestors and ancient relationships with Extraterrestrial life as recorded in Rock art throughout the world by Indigenous peoples. The blue band around the flag was the last element added to the flag for “Truth to prevail on Earth.” BLU is an acronym for Being Love Universally. |
