English: Yellow ground with design in blue, white and brown. Commemorative textile with round medallions enclosing three feathers of the Prince of Wales and a flowering thistle. Octagonal medallions showing Tower Bridge and the Houses of Parliament. In between the medallions is a soldier, sailor, bagpipe player and a foreign solider with a goat.
