Description
English: Built in the chronological style of the famous Taleju Bhavani temple in the Hanumandhoka complex of Kathmandu, this wooden door has a lot of woodwork. The temple of Taleju Bhavani was built by King Mahendra Malla in 1607 BS, but some say that it is very tall. For the general public, this temple is open only for one day on the ninth day of the great festival of Nepalis, Vijaya Dashami. Sacrifice is still practiced in this temple.
