Le proteine essenziali ci servono perché non le produciamo noi e le prendiamo dai cibi ù invece quelle non essenziali non le prendiamo dal cibo ma le creiamo anche noi nel corpo. Guardando la tabella vedi alcune proteine. inoltre le proteine le troviamo in vari alimenti. Se Parlimo Di proteine inteso come carne le troviamo nella carne e la proteina della carne si chiama mioglobina e si trova nella carne rossa (cavallo, vacca, pecora e capra e manzo)
