Sydney, Nova Scotia. Dinner at Joe's Warehouse. This place was a Canadian Tire warehouse until 1980, when it was converted to a huge restaurant (the biggest in Sydney, in fact) that also boasted an attached nightclub and lounge, Smooth Herman's. I ate here twice on this trip - this time, then, if I remember correctly, on my return trip from Newfoundland where I spent the night in Sydney - and both meals were fantastic. Sadly, in March of the next year, Joe's closed down. The building is now an Irish pub, "The Old Triangle". Sydney, Nouvelle-Écosse. Dîner au restaurant «Joe's Warehouse» (Entrepôt Joe's). Ce lieu était un entrepôt de Canadian Tire jusqu'en 1980, quand il était converti en un immense restaurant (le plus grand à Sydney, en fait) qui aussi disposait d'une discothèque et taverne, «Smooth Herman's». J'y ai mangé deux fois pendant ce voyage - cette fois, alors, si je me souviens bien, lors de mon voyage de retour de Terre-Neuve quand j'ai séjourné à Sydney - et tous les deux repas étaient fantastiques. Malheureusement, en mars de l'an prochain, Joe's est fermé. Le bâtiment est aujourd'hui un pub irlandais, «The Old Triangle» (Le vieux triangle). Sydney, Nueva Escocia. Cena en el resturante "Joe's Warehouse" (Almacén Joe's). Este lugar era un almacén de Canadian Tire hasta 1980, cuando se convirtió en un restaurante enorme (el más grande en Sydney, de hecho) que también contaba con una discoteca y taverna, "Smooth Herman's". Comí aquí dos veces durante este viaje - esta vez, entonces, si no lo recuerdo mal, en mi viaje de regreso de Terranova, donde pasé la noche en Sydney - y ambas comidas eran fantásticas.
