Čeština: Oznámení o pořádání TRYZNY jako 1 list. TRYZNA na paměť 71 příslušníků vojenského odbojového hnutí OBRANA NÁRODA, kteří byli popraveni za druhého stanného práva dne 30. června 1942. Na titulní (čelní) straně informace o organizátorech pietního shromáždění, o účelu, místu a času konání akce.
English: Notification of organizing commemoration ceremony as one sheet. Commemoration ceremony was held in memory of the 71 members of the military resistance movement Defending the nation who were executed for the second martial law on 30 June 1942 (In protectorate time 1939-1945). On the front side of document there is the information about the organizers of the memorial gathering, the purpose, place and time of the event.
