Hex-plot projections comparing attention-slices for asocial organisms (left), organisms with social hierarchies (center), and organisms whose social hierarchies organize into multiple cultures as well (right panel).

Summary[edit]

Description
English: Comparing task layer-multiplicity panels for organisms with m = 2, 4, and 6. Here we imagine at left that subsystem-correlations in/out (self-care/pair-interactions) with respect to the metazoan skin evolved first, followed by the addition in center of subsystem-correlations in/out (family/consensus) with respect to the gene-pool, and then at right also subsystem-correlations in/out (culture/observations) with respect to idea-pools at least for a subset of organisms.

Added notes[edit]

Complexity's bloom & decline.

Here we are specifying community center-of-mass values, since role specialization often places individual-multiplicity points at complementary locations on these panels.

For example, the queen in eusocial ant communities[1] may concentrate more on self and family (blue dot, center panel) than on outreach activities (red dot, center panel) more likely covered by worker ants in the same communities.
