Notes Green ribbon markers. The arms are of Thomas Sutton who died in 1611. The text is dated 1635 so this may be a later prize binding for Charterhouse School. Late seventeenth or early eighteenth century, likely to be a very early example of English prize binding (thanks to Dr Jan Storm van Leeuwen).
