Description Maj. Gen. Michael T. Harrison, the commanding officer for U.S. Army Japan I-Corps (Forward), high fives a toddler displaced by the 15 April 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami. Harrison visited schools, train stations, shower points and shelters for displaced citizens to reaffirm the U.S. military's commitment to the helping the Japanese people.
