Deutsch: „Als Landessymbol kann der Wappenschild des Landeswappens ohne Laubkrone genutzt werden. Das Landessymbol darf als Zeichen der Verbundenheit oder des Bezuges zum Land Berlin von jedermann zu Zwecken frei verwendet werden, die mit dem Sinn dieses Symbols vereinbar sind, ausgenommen in Siegeln, Stempeln oder auf Schildern. Als Bezirkssymbol kann der Wappenschild des jeweiligen Bezirkswappens ohne Mauerkrone genutzt werden.
