Summary[edit]

Description
English: This piece of sugar cane was slotted into the rear of the drum cart. Another piece was utilised to represent an imaginary snake. In other instances, troupe members might have removed the remaining sheathes of leaves so as to represent a snake more realistically. Also visible in this photograph is the gong holder, which is used to suspend the hanging gong for play. This gong holder has been constructed as a stylised crane.
