Description
English: ATLANTIC, OCEAN - Coast Guard Academy cadets stand on the waist of the Coast Guard Cutter Eagle, a 295-foot square rigged sailing vessel home ported in New London, Conn., as it lists from side to side during a heavy weather storm in the Atlantic Ocean, May 9, 2011. It was later said among the crew that the ship had experienced some of the worst conditions they had ever seen. U.S. Coast Guard photo by Petty Officer 2nd Class Thomas Burckell.
