Description
Deutsch: Grabplatte des Otto von Hippersdorf im Kreuzgang des Stiftes Zwettl; Die Inschrift in früher gotischer Majuskel lautet: O(BIT) OTTO D(E) HIPLESTORF. Darunter das sieben Mal gespaltene Wappen des Otto. Der Tod des Otto ist anzusetzen zwischen dem 6. Jänner 1290 (als Otto den Zwettler Zisterzienser für seine Grablege ein Lehen in Zaussenberg überträgt) und dem 24. Juni 1293 (als nach seinem Tod seine beiden Söhne Wernhard und Hermann vom Abt von Niederalteich mit einer Au belehnt werden).
