Add a one-line explanation of what this file represents
Description Architect Ulisse Stacchini, whose design was modeled after Union Station in Washington, DC, won the design contest in 1912, but it took many years to build. Stacchini's design was altered greatly by Mussolini in the 1930s who wanted it to represent the power of his fascist regime.
