English: A Spectrogram of VLF-range between 11.5 kHz and 24 kHz made with the soundcard of a PC, whose clock is synchronized by a radio controlled clock using DCF77-signals. The dark lines come from transmitters working in this frequency range as DHO38 on 23.4 kHz. As antenna a series connection of coils was used whose axis were oriented in East-West direction.
As analysis software SpecLab available as freeware on http://www.qsl.net/dl4yhf/spectra1.html was used |
