Depicted is a woman as allegorical figure of Spain (Second Republic) with a Phrygian cap and with view to right. Created was this picture by the then "Director of the Graphic Department of the F.N.M.T" ("Fabrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre" in Madrid), José Luis López Sanchez-Toda (1901-1975).; stamp postmarked in 1938
