Possibly this monument is what Blomefield described as (Source: Francis Blomefield, 'City of Norwich, chapter 42: West Wimer ward', in An Essay Towards A Topographical History of the County of Norfolk: Volume 4, the History of the City and County of Norwich, Part II (London, 1806), pp. 247-287 http://www.british-history.ac.uk/topographical-hist-norfolk/vol4/pp247-287):

On a small mural monument on the north wall, Sacred to the Memory of Daniel Fromanteel Esq. Sheriff of This City 1719, Mayor 1725, who was very much esteemed both in his publick and private Character. He departed this Life 25th Nov. 1731, aged 53. Arms: Barry of ten vert and argent, a lion rampant gules crowned, (& see Burke, Sir Bernard, The General Armory, London, 1884, p.378: Vert, three bars ermine surmounted by a lion rampant gules murally crowned or in chief two plates "Fremantle, Baron Cottesloe") impaling: Or, three lozenges gules.

Tablet in the North Aisle, with coloured Shield, IXl Quarterly: — 1 and 4, Argent, four bars sable over all a lion rampant gules (Fromanteel Barry of ten vert and argent, a lion rampant gules crowned ... Blomefield, History of Norf, iv. 282) ; 2 and 3, Or, three lozenges in fesse gules. For "Daniel Fromanteel, Esq', Sheriff of the City, 1719, Mayor, 1725, died 25 November, 1731, Aged 53; Elizabeth, his wife, died May 22, 1765, aged 80."
