Arms: Erminois, on a chief indented gules three crescents argent ("Harvey of Thorpe, Norfolk", per Burke, Sir Bernard, The General Armory, London, 1884, p.463) impaling: Or, on a fesse gules three plates in chief a greyhound courant azure ("Hayne of Fryer Waddon (now Friar Waddon Farm, in Portesham, Dorset), Dorset, granted 1607", per: Burke, Sir Bernard, The General Armory, London, 1884, p.473; also: "Haynes": Or, on a fess gules three bezants in chief a greyhound courant sable, Burke, p.473).
